What We Do Each Week
Unlike our structured ADHD Skills and Accountability Group, this group is centered on open conversation and shared experiences.
Each session offers members the opportunity to bring up what's on their minds, whether that's a recent challenge, a recurring pattern, a relationship difficulty, or something they've been trying to better understand about themselves.
Discussions are guided by the interests and experiences of group members, with psychoeducation and practical strategies incorporated when helpful.
There's no weekly homework or expectation to set goals. The emphasis is on connection, reflection, and mutual support.
Meet the Group Leader
The group was developed and is led by Dr. Liz Gustafson, a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adults with ADHD better understand their patterns, strengthen executive functioning skills, and make meaningful changes in daily life.
