Instead of avoiding your inbox for weeks, you'll have a system for processing it in 10-minute chunks. That project you've been putting off for months? You'll break it into steps you can actually start.
What We Do Each Week
The structure is repeated each week so you know exactly what to expect.
First half of session:
Review the goals you set last week
Notice what helped and what got in the way
Identify emotional and executive functioning patterns
Problem solve barriers with the group
Second half of session:
Set new goals for the upcoming week
Break goals into clear, manageable steps
Identify supports that increase follow-through
If time allows we have a discussion on an ADHD-related topic. These conversations are usually woven into the goal work rather than handled separately.
Meet the Group Leader
The group was developed and is led by Dr. Liz Gustafson, a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adults with ADHD better understand their patterns, strengthen executive functioning skills, and make meaningful changes in daily life.
